Terms of Service & Research Agreement

Welcome to Polaris Peptides. By accessing our website and purchasing our analytical standards, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “Researcher”) and Polaris Peptides (the “Supplier”).

1. Strict Research Use Only (RUO) Acknowledgment

All products sold by Polaris Peptides, including but not limited to tirzepatide and semaglutide, are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical testing.

  • Human Consumption Prohibited: Under no circumstances are these products to be used for human or veterinary purposes, including but not limited to: foods, drugs, medical devices, or cosmetics.

  • Buyer Liability: The buyer acknowledges that the products have not been tested by Polaris Peptides for safety and efficacy in food, drug, medical device, cosmetic, or any other application.

  • Regulatory Compliance: The researcher represents that they are fully aware of the Government regulations regarding the use of and exposure to these chemicals.

2. Purchase Eligibility & Verification

By placing an order, you verify that you are at least 18 years of age and are affiliated with a laboratory, institution, or have the professional expertise required to handle high-purity research chemicals safely. Polaris Peptides reserves the right to cancel any order if we suspect the products will be used for non-research purposes.

3. Payment & Pricing Policy

  • Incentives: We offer a 15% discount for all orders settled via Cryptocurrency.

  • P2P Transfers: For Zelle, Apple Cash, and Chime, payments must be completed within 24 hours. Failure to provide payment will result in automatic order cancellation.

  • Memo Compliance: When using P2P methods, the buyer agrees to use only the Order Number in the transaction memo. Any mention of “peptides” or “chemicals” may result in a permanent ban from our platform to protect the integrity of our processing channels.

4. Shipping, Hazards, and Handling

  • San Diego Dispatch: All orders ship from our San Diego facility.

  • Safe Handling: The chemicals may be harmful if misused. The buyer agrees that they are trained in the proper handling of lyophilized peptides and understand the risks of accidental exposure.

  • Delivery: Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the buyer. However, we offer an Arrival Guarantee for packages lost in transit.

5. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the highly sensitive nature of analytical research chemicals and the need to maintain a strict “Chain of Custody,” we cannot accept returns. * Purity Disputes: If you believe a batch does not match the provided HPLC/MS data, you must provide independent 3rd-party lab testing results within 14 days for a replacement review.

  • Order Errors: If we ship the incorrect item, we will dispatch the correct product at no additional cost.

6. Indemnification

The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Polaris Peptides harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from the buyer’s handling, storage, or use of the products.
