Where is my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are automatically generated and emailed to the address provided at checkout once the carrier scans the package. Please allow 24–48 hours for processing. If you haven’t received it, please check your Spam/Junk folder before contacting support.

My payment was sent, but the order is still “Pending.”

Our system reconciles payments every hour. If you paid via Zelle or Apple Cash, it may take up to 2–4 hours for a manual confirmation during business hours. Cryptocurrency payments are typically confirmed after 3 network confirmations.

Can I modify my shipping address after ordering?

To maintain the integrity of our logistics, address changes can only be made within 2 hours of placing an order. Once a shipping label has been generated at our San Diego hub, we cannot redirect the package.
