Research Support & Frequently Asked Questions

Welcome to the Polaris Peptides technical database. Our 2026 FAQ is designed to provide researchers with the analytical and logistical clarity required for successful longitudinal studies.

Quality & Analytical Standards

What is the purity guarantee for Polaris Peptides?

Every batch in our catalog undergoes rigorous HPLC and Mass Spectrometry analysis. We guarantee a minimum purity of >99%. If a batch does not meet these stringent analytical benchmarks, it is rejected and never enters our inventory.

How do I verify the COA for my specific batch?

Transparency is our standard. Each vial features a unique batch code. You can enter this code into our Digital COA Portal to view the specific HPLC chromatogram and Mass Spec identity report for your material.

Are these peptides intended for human consumption?

No. All products offered by Polaris Peptides are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical testing purposes only. They are not for human or veterinary use. Please refer to our [Legal Disclaimer] for full compliance details.

Storage & Reconstitution

What are the recommended storage protocols?

For long-term stability, lyophilized (powder) peptides should be stored at -20°C or -80°C. For short-term use, they are stable at refrigerated temperatures (2°C to 8°C). Once reconstituted into a solution, peptides are highly fragile and should be kept refrigerated and used within 3–4 weeks for optimal experimental results.

Does the appearance of the “lyophilized cake” affect quality?

No. The physical appearance of the freeze-dried powder (the “cake”) can vary between batches due to the specific amino acid sequence and the lyophilization process. As long as the HPLC data confirms the purity, the physical shape of the cake has no impact on the chemical performance of the peptide.

H2: Ordering & Payments

How do I get the 15% Cryptocurrency discount?

Simply select Cryptocurrency as your payment method at checkout. Our system will automatically apply a 15% discount to your total. We currently accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), and USDT.

What other payment methods do you accept?

For researchers who prefer peer-to-peer transfers, we accept Zelle, Apple Cash, and Chime. Instructions for these methods are sent via email immediately after your order is placed.

H2: Shipping & Logistics

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours. We ship from our San Diego hub via expedited services. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier.

Do you offer cold-chain shipping?

Our peptides are shipped in a lyophilized (freeze-dried) state, which is highly stable at ambient temperatures during transit. We use vacuum-sealed vials and secure packaging to ensure “Zero-Degradation” during the shipping process.
